If You Have Problems Voting
Voting in Person
Ask your election officials for help!
It’s their job to make sure every voter’s vote is counted. If you need assistance to vote, they will provide someone to assist you in casting your ballot.
If you have a disability:
All Arkansas polling locations are ADA-compliant. Your needs, if you have a wheelchair or sight disabilities, will be accommodated — just ask!
Call the Disability Rights Arkansas voter hotline, if you have any problems with voting access: 800-482-1174
Bring your phone
To call any of the numbers listed here if the volunteers are unable to assist you. To do any last minute research on a candidate or initiative. Or to make a digital list of who you plan to vote for.
Keep your place in line!
If you are in line when the polls close, you absolutely must still be allowed to vote!
If election officials can’t find your voter record (rare):
They’ll call the county clerk’s office. If the clerk’s office still can’t find your record, ask for a provisional ballot, and vote that way. You will then need to go to the clerk’s office to confirm your registration before your vote will be counted. You have until the Monday after the election to do this!
If you encounter a problem the election officials can’t help you solve:
Call the ACLU Voter Hotline: 866-OUR-VOTE
The American Civil Liberties Union works to ensure that everyone can exercise your right to vote. Their website also offers help.
Si tiene problemas para votar:

No confirmation?
If you mailed it back, but don’t see it showing up as confirmed received on Voterview.org, then call your county clerk ASAP!
What if you return your ballot and realize there were errors on it?
